Tucked ("we", "our" or "us") is a community-driven service owned and operated by Timeless Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 22 647 048 520). Based in Victoria, Australia, we connect everyday households with energy comparison companies, solar installers and other partners to help you save money, share knowledge and reduce our collective carbon footprint. Our mission is to help Aussie families tackle rising costs, empower homeowners with data and support and build a more sustainable, locally powered future. We value your voice and protect your privacy every step of the way.
We take your privacy and consumer rights seriously and comply with Australian law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended by the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024, the Spam Act 2003 and other applicable legislation.

- Interactions with our services: information you provide when you request quotes from energy partners or respond to our questionnaires, any communications between you and Tucked or between you and our partners, and any feedback you give us.
- Technical information: device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, geolocation (to the extent permitted), session duration and browsing behaviour (e.g. cookies and similar technologies).
